Submitting a form on our website is a request for a consultation or audit; it does not create a binding contract for paid services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. SMS / Mobile messaging terms
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, or by giving verbal consent, you agree to receive text messages from BoostedTrades. This is a summary of our mobile messaging program:
- Program name: BoostedTrades.
- Message types: responses to your audit or consultation request, appointment reminders, account and service notifications, and occasional offers, news and promotions.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies; you can expect up to approximately 4 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Help: reply HELP at any time, or email hello@boostedtrades.ai, for assistance.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Use of the website
